Evaluate aviation maintenance AI systems on your own schedule and help improve how they handle inspections, procedures and compliance.
AI training is the human work behind artificial intelligence: experts read what a model produces, decide whether it is right, and write the feedback that makes the next version better. AI systems learn from examples reviewed by aviation experts, so the teams building them need certificated maintenance and inspection professionals who can tell whether a procedure, inspection finding or regulatory call is accurate and well supported. This is part-time contract work done remotely on a flexible schedule.
What you'll do
• Review and annotate maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs and related aircraft documents
• Evaluate borescope engine imagery and inspection reports, flag anomalies and recommend corrective actions under FAA standards
• Assess composite structure inspections against regulatory requirements, and interpret approach plates and flight operations briefings
• Cross-check maintenance tasks against FAA Parts 43, 121, 135 and 145, and validate AI model outputs
Why this is worth your time
• Build practical aviation-AI evaluation skills while earning $40–$60 an hour reviewing maintenance and inspection material
• Work on AI systems that read real maintenance manuals, inspection reports and approach plates
• Apply your maintenance and inspection judgment to decide whether AI outputs are accurate and well supported
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
