Position Summary

This role will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our cutting-edge drone light shows to potential clients across various industries, including entertainment, events, and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of drone shows, and an ability to build lasting relationships with clients

 Essential Functions 

While not all-inclusive, the following is a list of primary and general duties. In addition to these listed duties, this position shall also perform other tasks as assigned, shall abide by all provisions of the Employee Handbook, and shall participate in all company initiatives and projects.

 Providing outstanding customer service to Pyrotecnico’s clients, subcontractors, and governmental agencies.

  • Experienced in the Drone light show industry
  • Maintaining client relationships 
  • Look for potential obstacles and roadblocks and communicate/facilitate problem solving to resolution
  • Support in streamlining the process to promote a culture of accountability 
  • Creation & maintenance of show related plots
  • Assist with development of industry-specific skill sets and business / sales fundamentals through mentorship and applied practice.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Creation and Administration of Client Contracts, Sales Orders, Deposit Invoices, Insurance Certificates & General Sales Support.
  • Attends site visits and client meetings with EVP, RM, or an existing account manager.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities within the Sales Region.
  • Assist in implementing sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams from sales, operations, and production.
  • Supporting Pyrotecnico’s salesforce with accurate and quality pipeline visibility.
  • Participate in industry events and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of the drone industry and related fields.
  • Support the regional team on both show site and at the facility.
  • General administrative duties including, but not limited to, general, non-specific legal, financial and insurance administration, creation and administration of Client Contracts, sales orders, deposit invoices, and the creation and maintenance of internal projects.

 Experience and Skills/Abilities 

  • 3+ year’s experience in the drone show and live events industry preferred.
  • 3+ year’s sales and/or sales support experience.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills to be able to work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and to work independently, as applicable
  • Pleasant and professional and client experience focused.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under frequently tight deadlines with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Google Workspace, NetSuite, HubSpot, and Monday.com are preferred. 

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred 

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. The person in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and must move about occasionally inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and have routine contact with individuals in the office. The person in this role may need to climb stairs, travel and have the ability to move about both indoor and outdoor venues. This person in this role must be able to lift 15 lbs routinely and 25 lbs occasionally.

The person in this role must reside in or near Orlando, FL, New Castle, PA, Dallas, TX OR Las Vegas, NV

Travel

This position requires travel, up to 50% of the time. Travel will be mixed, local and outside the local area and overnight. 

Expected Hours of Work

The typical work schedule for this position follows a standard workday, with occasional flexibility for evening and weekend work during high-volume periods. All breaks and lunches will comply with local, state, and federal laws, and overtime, if required, will be compensated in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
