Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to support a growing, complex product business line by owning forecasting, planning, investment tracking, and program finance support. This individual will partner closely with engineering, product, growth, and executive leadership to drive visibility, financial discipline, and data-driven decision-making.

● Key Responsibilities:

  • Own monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles

  • Build and maintain unit economics and cost structure models

  • Drive headcount planning and workforce analytics

  • Manage IRAD budgeting and investment visibility

  • Support program finance, pricing, and proposal modeling

  • Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and performance management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred)

  • 5+ years of FP&A, investment banking, or consulting experience

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow expertise

  • Experience in program finance, defense, or complex product environments preferred

  • Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate autonomously
