We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join Prime Air's Marketing team. As a member of this growing team, you will lead channel execution in support for service expansion. Your initiatives will drive adoption, engagement, and retention. This role is inherently cross-functional: you will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes against shared goals.
Export Controls License
This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
Key job responsibilities
-Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business intelligence, and design teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement
-Own reporting of key content and marketing metrics to leadership and broader organization.
-Own and execute marketing-led experimentation; test, optimize, scale and automate successful traffic-driving strategies
-Ideate, develop, and execute unique marketing initiatives that drive the Amazon flywheel
-Develop processes to gather inputs from partner teams and communicate back with key information and deadlines
-Actively investigate and suggest new ways to help customers discover products on Amazon
-Manage and report out on project status and results

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
